Permitted purpose

Soléa materials may be acquired and used only for legitimate laboratory, analytical, and in-vitro research by qualified persons in appropriate facilities. They are not offered or supplied for human or veterinary use.

Prohibited uses

• Human or animal ingestion, injection, implantation, application, administration, or exposure.
• Medical, therapeutic, preventative, diagnostic, compounding, prescribing, dosing, cosmetic, food, supplement, recreational, or performance-enhancement use.
• Clinical use, patient management, personal experimentation, household use, or use outside a controlled research setting.
• Resale, transfer, or distribution to a patient, consumer, minor, animal owner, unqualified person, or anyone whose intended use is unknown or prohibited.
• Marketing or statements that suggest a Soléa material is approved, safe, effective, or suitable for any human or veterinary purpose.

Researcher certification

By creating an account, entering the catalog, submitting an order, or accepting delivery, you certify that you are at least 21, understand the hazards and restrictions associated with research materials, have appropriate qualifications and facilities, and will comply with applicable laws, institutional policies, and safety practices.

You further certify that you are not relying on Soléa for medical, veterinary, legal, regulatory, or protocol advice and that no product will be diverted to a prohibited use.

Handling and control

• Review available labels and lot documentation before beginning work.
• Use appropriate risk assessment, protective equipment, containment, storage, inventory control, and disposal practices.
• Maintain records sufficient to document acquisition, custody, research disposition, and authorized access.
• Immediately secure any suspected diversion, loss, unauthorized access, or damaged container and follow applicable reporting obligations.

Verification and refusal

Soléa may request additional information about identity, affiliation, facilities, destination, or intended research. Soléa may deny or suspend access and refuse or cancel an order when information is incomplete, inconsistent, or raises compliance or safety concerns.

Continuing agreement

This agreement applies to each account session, order, delivery, and subsequent possession of Soléa materials. If you cannot make every certification, do not create an account, enter the catalog, submit an order, or accept materials.
